Portable Earthen Oven ポータブル･アース･オーブン

December 1 helped Phil Cashman build a portable earth oven at Yes! Garden in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture. Being portable, the oven was later moved to Phil's Permaculture Awa Farm in Chiba-Prefecture, where it was put to excellent use baking bread and pizza during the two-day Permaculture workshop, April 20-21.
