On March 15 we visited Chiang Mai Life Construction, a construction company specializing in earth and bamboo architecture. There work is incredibly beautiful!

On March 15 we visited Pun Pun, an intentional community with a special emphasis on seed saving and natural building. We were fortunate to meet with founder Jon Jandai and be given a tour of the community.

On March 14, we visited Cafe Dindee, an adobe cafe in Chiang Mai.
The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. Cafe Dindee is run by Ayumi, a Japanese expatriate. Thank you Ayumi for the warm hospitality and for making our visit possible!
