Hijisai (土祭) Earth Festival

September 11 attended Hijisai (土祭), a festival featuring earth.  The name literally means soil festival.

    Franck, I saw some photos of Shuhei Hasado scratching the surface with a rake, presumably while the wall still had some moisture in it and was still soft.
